Layering and textures are in season, muted hues are in for good, holding pumpkin spice latte is fashionable again, and you know what else is trending? Captivating dried flower arrangements; whether you want that picaresque Instagram backdrop or you want your own hygge corner, these are best to keep at home with low-maintenance, however zero care for dry flowers is a myth. Let us tell you how to take care of your precious dried arrangements.<\/p>\n

\"Everlasting<\/p>\n

Our senior stylist says \u201cif you are careful with these arrangements, they can last upto six months\u201d<\/p>\n

\"Dry<\/a><\/p>\n

They are fragile and capable of changing over time, however unlike fresh flowers the process is slow. Here are some tips that will help you take care of your dry flowers better.<\/p>\n

For Pampas grass, use a hair spray to prevent the shredding since it’s a delicate one<\/p>\n

\"Pampas<\/p>\n

No water please. None whatsoever, they don\u2019t need it, it can make their stems weak and mouldy. Must keep them warm and dry at all times<\/p>\n

It\u2019s best to keep them away from direct sunlight, this makes the fading process slower<\/p>\n

\"Dry<\/p>\n

Be gentle with them. They\u2019re stunning to look at, but touch you mustn’t. If you have fallouts, you can collect them in a goodie bag for example lavender fallouts can be used as potpourri<\/p>\n

\"Lavender<\/p>\n

They don\u2019t like movement, so it\u2019s better to keep them steady and in a quiet place; tabletops aren\u2019t the best place to keep dried flowers, it has to be a permanent spot so the quaint corner in the room is much suited<\/p>\n

\"Dried<\/a><\/p>\n

Keep away from kids and pets. These are not edible but that\u2019s not the only concern. They can be squashed by their little hands, knocked over by fluffy things, hence keeping them away from their reach is the best option<\/p>\n

Good airflow is much needed for dried arrangements. This prevents temperature fluctuations, perhaps not directly from an open window because they might become moist. If they do then you can shift them to another vase, carefully. The airflow from ACs work just as well<\/p>\n
